Állás leírása
Responsibilities
- Tracking and managing the order process for machines
- Managing the procurement process
- Supporting the fulfillment team (3-4 people)
- Order management - Managing the automated machine operations
- Keep contact with production
- Monitoring and supporting delivery processes (international and domestic deliveries)
- Supervision of stock management, monitoring stock levels, safety stocks
- Management of external (3PL) - internal warehouses
- Carrying out invoicing processes through company system
- Customs related tasks (preparation, contacts)
- Managing and amending cooperation contracts
- Preparation of reports
Requirements
- Fluent spoken and written English
- At least 3 years of experience in international procurement and warehousing processes
- Relevant experience in enterprise systems management (SAP)
- Experience in warehouse management and parts ordering/processing
- User level knowledge of MS Office programs, in particular Excel
- Accurate, precise and responsible work
- Experience in team management
