Responsibilities

Develop and improve our enterprise applications to ensure flawless performance
Lead the development of our Content Management System, implementing robust features and functionalities
Collaborate with various teams and engineers to integrate their tools into our portal seamlessly
Drive innovation and determine the guidelines for building the frontend
Efficiently implement solutions that meet our ambitious project goals

Requirements

MS or BS in Computer Science or an equivalent field
5+ years of software engineering experience
5+ years of ReactJS and overall UI/UX development
Strong understanding of common API technologies (REST, gRPC, OpenAPI, GraphAPI, etc)
Hands-on experience in enterprise applications development
Independence, self-sufficiency, and a strong sense of ownership and accountability over your work
Proficient in English

Nice-to-have

Experience with Figma or similar tools to build user interfaces, Passion to use AI, and a basic understanding of MCP or Agent-to-Agent interoperability, Familiarity with web-stack backend: python, MongoDB, Postgres, redis, etc, Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and message brokers (Apache Kafka preferred), Experience with AWS Cloud technology stack (or similar)

Base salary range for Poland: 221,250 PLN - 383,500 PLN for Level 3, and 292,500 PLN - 507,000 PLN for Level 4
