We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Frontend Developer to support VOIS’ marketing operations by creating and maintaining high‑quality digital campaign assets. The individual will collaborate closely with marketing automation experts, designers, content teams, and account managers to develop responsive emails, landing pages and microsites. This role suits someone with deep technical expertise, a proactive approach to knowledge sharing and the ability to advise on complex, customised marketing requirements.

  • Develop, update, and maintain HTML emails, responsive landing pages and microsites used in marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with marketing automation specialists, designers, copywriters, campaign managers and field marketing managers to ensure digital assets meet brand and usability standards.
  • Maintain and enhance a robust, shared frontend code base for efficiency and consistency.
  • Provide guidance, education and coaching to both junior and experienced frontend developers on modern coding technologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Research emerging technologies, coding languages and software to recommend relevant training and development opportunities.
  • Support related areas through skill‑sharing and T‑shaping initiatives.
  • Partner with account managers to interpret and scope complex or bespoke customer requests, ensuring feasibility and clear project definition.
  • Offer technical consultancy, support coordination with third‑party teams and uphold high‑quality project delivery.
  • Contribute to best practices and ensure marketing maintains leading‑edge expertise in frontend development.
  • Organise and present the weekly frontend meeting at departmental level.
  • Create and execute unit, end‑to‑end and UI testing activities.
  • Over 7 years of experience working with HTML, React, CSS and JavaScript frameworks.
  • Proven experience delivering high‑value campaigns and/or websites, including presenting outcomes to stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational abilities with effective prioritisation and deadline management.
  • Collaborative team player with strong influencing and relationship‑building skills.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation platforms (advantageous).
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English at a conversational level.
  • Experience working effectively across virtual teams.
  • University degree (BA level).
  • Strong understanding of programming design patterns (e.g., MVC, Singleton, Factory, Presentation).
  • Experience implementing business logic for complex web applications with database connectivity or backend API integration.
  • Hands‑on experience with Agile software development methodologies.
  • Ability to write clean, well‑documented code.
  • Experience with CSS3 and building single‑page applications.
