Responsibilities

  • FP&A for G&A and operating expenses ownership
  • Support for R&D and product cost planning
  • Lead monthly budget vs actuals cycle for non-GTM and non-COGS departments
  • Preparation of first-draft consolidated reporting and board-deck inputs
  • Finance business partner role for non-revenue functions
  • Ownership of core FP&A system workflows

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or similar analytical role
  • Strong understanding of monthly close, budget vs actuals, forecasting, and management reporting
  • Advanced financial modeling skills and comfort with FP&A tools
  • Experience partnering with department heads and budget owners
  • Strong attention to detail and bias toward accurate, reliable data
  • Familiarity with VC-backed startup environment including fundraising cycles and investor reporting

  • Experience with Abacum
  • Experience with Netsuite
