Responsibilities

What You'll Be Doing
- Manage and coordinate statutory accounting and reporting across multiple EMEA entities
- Prepare and review statutory financial statements and GAAP-to-statutory reconciliations
- Ensure alignment between local statutory requirements and global reporting principles
- Act as a key partner during statutory and US GAAP audits
- Support corporate income tax and indirect tax reporting processes
- Contribute to process standardization, documentation, and reporting excellence
- Collaborate with Tax, Treasury, Legal, Shared Service Centers, and local finance teams
- Participate in audit centralization and finance transformation projects
Important: This role does not include monthly closing activities - ideal for candidates seeking depth and complexity without the recurring closing cycle.

Requirements

What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Strong, hands-on experience in statutory reporting, financial statement preparation, and/or audit
- Fluent English skills
- Solid knowledge of statutory frameworks and accounting principles
- Experience with US GAAP/IFRS, SOX, or multinational reporting structures is a plus
- Comfortable working with ERP systems
- Analytical, proactive, and solutions-driven attitude
