Állás leírása
Responsibilities
- Coordinate month-end close activities in the region, including variance analysis and business review preparation.
- Prepare monthly management pack and other required reporting.
- Coordinate bi-weekly forecasts and business planning process.
- Support standardization efforts in FP&A and accounting across the region and globe.
- Support new software integrations and system enhancements.
- Point of contact in respect to capital and expenditure requests, contract requests and lease administration/accounting.
- Provide support to the finance team in the region in maintaining accounting books and records in accordance with local accounting principles, acts as business partner for finance team when it comes to the reporting.
- Ad hoc requests
- Ongoing cooperation with co-departments and foreign partners’ offices and authorities
- Adaquate problem solving: participation to find and implement corrective action plans in accordance to the company’s as well as the relevant legislation
- Obligated to fulfill task recieved from lead which meets the delegated job requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in finance, accounting or business or equivalent
- Minimum 3-5 years in financial planning or reporting in a large multinational organization
- Fluent English language, verbal and written
- Excellent skill in Excel and macro, PowerPoint
Nice-to-have
- Knowledge in Hyperion and Essbase
- Knowledge in Powe BI
- Experience in Logistics Industry preferred
