Responsibilities

Own the daily and monthly financial processes
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Support budgeting and forecasting cycles
Cash-flow monitoring, variance analysis, and scenario modelling
Project-level profitability tracking and cost control
Ensure documentation quality and data reliability across finance
Collaborate with external accountants during monthly and annual closings
Coordinate with auditors during year-end
Support smaller, ad-hoc finance tasks
Review contracts from a financial and commercial perspective
Verify pricing, scope, terms, and adherence to internal policies
Maintain contract registers and related documentation
Coordinate with legal/accounting where needed
Prepare bank transfers and payment instructions for CFO approval
Set up stable monthly reporting flows with foreign accountants
Coordinate statutory and compliance requirements for new entities
Prepare group-level consolidated reporting packages and KPI dashboards
Align local reporting structures with unified group standards
Ensure consistency and comparability across all entities

Requirements

Hands-on controlling experience in a dynamic or scaling environment
Strong reporting, modelling, and analytical capabilities
High accuracy and operational discipline
Solid Excel/Sheets skills; BI/ERP experience is an advantage
Ability to read and assess commercial contract terms
Comfortable coordinating with accountants, auditors, and external service providers
Fluent English
Process-driven mindset with a desire to create structure and consistency
Thrives in a small but scaling finance team
Takes ownership and delivers processes end-to-end
Communicates clearly with finance and non-finance stakeholders
Builds structure in ambiguous environments
Reliable, detail-oriented, and accountable
Enjoys contributing to a company that is actively scaling locally and internationally
