Key Responsibilities:
As a Welding Process Engineer, you will provide high level technical support for the production to ensure the robustness of processes and the continuous stable operation of machines in order to achieve our goals.
- Improve and maintain the stability of Ultrasonic- and laser welding process to ensure high level of quality and productivity
- Execute process optimization and development activities
- Support the work of maintenance team with troubleshooting/repair guidance
- Take part in systematic problem solution processes (e.g.: 8D,ISHIKAWA, 5WHY) and determination of root causes
- Create, edit, and maintain documentation (working instructions, process parameter sheets, equipment specifications, etc.)
Requirements:
As a team player with strong communication skills, you are able to coordinate your work with your team and regularly share your insights with them. You have a great set of analytical skills that allow you to solve problems in an efficient way. Furthermore, your proactive mindset allied to your focus on quality allow you to make things better, faster, and more efficient, keeping the processes stable while playing a crucial role in the whole team's excellence goals
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a similar field. A Master’s degree would be an advantage
- 5+ years of experience in Process Engineering field
- Experience in Ultrasonic Welding, Robot, PLC and Sensor Technologies would be an advantage
- Knowledge of quality tools/processes (SPC, FMEA, 8D, Risk Assessments)
- Very good command of English (spoken and written). Hungarian knowledge would be a plus
