Responsibilities

Own patient growth across the full lifecycle.
Deliver measurable impact by meeting quarterly growth and retention targets.
Scale what works - operationalise proven levers in acquisition, conversion, and retention across multiple markets.
Define and run Oviva's growth system, setting the frameworks, metrics, and cadences for how we prioritise, experiment, and learn.
Lead and inspire three cross-functional teams (and growing).

Requirements

You're a strategic, hands-on growth leader who thrives at the intersection of product, marketing, and data.
You have a track record of building and scaling growth systems that drive measurable business and customer impact.
You're commercially sharp - able to translate experimentation and insight into financial performance.
You're analytical and structured, using data to focus teams, prioritise initiatives, and track ROI.
You're a natural leader and collaborator, skilled at aligning cross-functional teams behind a shared vision.
You're motivated by purpose, driven to make a tangible difference in people's lives through scalable, accessible care.
Experience in consumer health, lifestyle, or digital therapeutics is a plus — but not essential.
