Responsibilities

Building and operating Kubernetes platforms on Open Telekom Cloud
Managing Infrastructure as Code with Terraform and Terragrunt
Implementing GitOps delivery using ArgoCD
Operating PostgreSQL and Apache Kafka on Kubernetes
Integrating security controls into CI/CD pipelines
Hardening ingress and service-to-service communication including mTLS
Collaborating with backend, security, QA, and architecture teams

Requirements

Operating Kubernetes in production for 5+ years
Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform, Terragrunt, ArgoCD
CI/CD, Docker, Linux and scripting (Bash/Python) skills
Experience with GitOps and Infrastructure as Code
Security-first mindset and experience with secrets management and supply-chain security
Fluent English

Nice-to-have

Knowledge of Gardener, CNPG, Strimzi Kafka
Experience with OTC / T-Cloud Sovereign
Familiarity with Istio, Cosign, KICS, kubeconform
Experience in healthcare digital identity or regulated environment
German language skills
