Senior DevOps Engineer

We work with customers across 28 countries from 10 VOIS locations: Albania, Egypt, Hungary, India, Romania, Spain, Turkey, UK, Germany, Ireland, and with a network of teams in Czech Republic, Italy, Greece, and Portugal.

We are seeking an experienced, Senior DevOps Engineer to support the delivery of innovative digital services within a dynamic, cross-functional environment. You will contribute to the full software development lifecycle, helping to build and maintain scalable, cloud-based solutions while improving delivery speed, reliability, and efficiency across systems and services.

• Support the implementation and ongoing improvement of digital services and solutions for business customers
• Define and maintain development, testing, and operational standards to support continuous delivery
• Design, build, and maintain tools for deployment, monitoring, and operations
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across development, test, and production environments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support agile delivery and shared objectives
• Provide technical guidance and share knowledge with team members
• Contribute to process improvements, tooling enhancements, and operational efficiency
• Act as a technical point of contact for stakeholders and represent DevOps in relevant forums

• Proven experience in IT solution design, software development, operations, or project delivery, with several years in DevOps environments
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS) and container orchestration tools (e.g. Kubernetes)
• Strong understanding of Cloud Native architecture, Microservices, and Infrastructure as Code
• Experience with programming or scripting languages (e.g. Python, Java, JavaScript, Bash)
• Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Git, Terraform, Docker, and database technologies
• Experience working in Agile environments with continuous delivery practices
• Strong analytical thinking, collaboration skills, and clear communication in English
