Responsibilities

  • Build, maintain, and enhance cybersecurity reporting solutions, dashboards, and analytics using Cognos and Tableau.
  • Collect, analyze, and transform cybersecurity risk and performance data into actionable insights and metrics.
  • Produce recurring and ad hoc reports for stakeholders, ensuring high accuracy, quality, and attention to detail.
  • Perform data analysis using SQL, Excel, Access, and other BI tools to support decision-making and reporting needs.
  • Develop and maintain automated data pipelines and datasets that power reporting and interactive analytics.
  • Collaborate with cybersecurity teams and business stakeholders to define reporting requirements and improve data processes.
  • Present findings, trends, and key metrics through clear visualizations, reports, and presentations, while supporting reporting-related projects and initiatives

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 years working in IT / Information Security, preferably focused in Financial Services industry.
  • 5+ years of Reporting area experience is a must.
  • Experience with Cognos and Tableau
  • Strong SQL and database knowledge
  • Experience in data reporting and analytics
  • Understanding of ETL pipelines and data integration
  • Exposure to Cybersecurity reporting or metrics
  • Strong data visualization skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
  • Excellent attention to detail and report quality
  • Strong communication and stakeholder presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and automate processes where possible
  • Confident English
  • Candidate needs to be to be currently eligible to work in Hungary.

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with other BI platforms beyond Cognos and Tableau
  • Knowledge of Information Security concepts and metrics
  • Experience with report automation and process improvements
  • Understanding of data modeling and data design principles
  • Experience working with large or complex datasets
  • Familiarity with VBA or basic macro development
  • Experience presenting data and insights to stakeholders
