Responsibilities

Build, implement, and scale machine learning models to detect and prevent fraud
Lead initiatives in the Risk & Fraud space, setting technical direction and influencing team strategy
Leverage SQL and Python to transform and prepare large-scale datasets for analysis and modeling
Deliver high-quality, production-ready ML solutions
Design experiments, apply statistical methods, and evaluate model performance to ensure accuracy and scalability
Partner with Operations, Product, and Engineering teams to respond quickly to emerging fraud patterns and evolving risks

Requirements

5+ years of experience in Data Science or Machine Learning Engineering
Strong proficiency in SQL and Python
Proven experience building and deploying end-to-end ML models into production
Solid foundation in statistics and experimental design
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to distill insights from complex data
Excellent communication skills, comfortable presenting to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
