Responsibilities

Building robust automation processes for seamless data integration
Creating and managing complex data workflows using Apache Airflow
Streamlining data-related processes and automating data flows with MS Power Automate
Designing, implementing, and maintaining data integration solutions
Developing customized SQL queries for efficient database solutions and business ad hoc requests
Integrating multiple and diverse data sources into a customized data mart
Designing efficient data architecture for growing business demands
Leading data science projects from problem definition to implementation of predictive solutions
Meeting with sales leaders, teams, and subject matter experts to understand business opportunities and challenges
Converting business knowledge into scalable and robust data solutions
Leading and managing complex projects from ideation to implementation
Performing data analysis and identifying patterns, trends, and customer behavior insights
Initiating and leading data consolidation and automation processes
Collaborating with IT, finance, pricing, marketing, data science, and other functional teams
Assessing relevance of metrics against business needs and evolving priorities
Exploring and adopting new relevant technologies and tools
Executing PPI (Process and Productivity Improvement) methodologies to enhance data processes and quality

Requirements

Proficiency in Python including Airflow, Pandas, and NumPy
Strong understanding of dimensional modeling, star and snowflake schemas, and relationship structures
Proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating databases including join operations, nested queries, and data transformation
Exposure to CRM systems, especially Salesforce.com, with data extraction and analysis capabilities
Proficiency in IBM Cognos Analytics, particularly Query Studio
Experience building reports and visualizations with Power BI including Power Query and DAX
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage complex data engineering and analytics projects
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field

Nice-to-have

Experience with TensorFlow, SciPy, PySpark, Matplotlib, Seaborn

Monthly salary range estimated at €3,441.67–€5,166.67
