Állás leírása
Responsibilities
- Monitors developments in customs regulations and related policy changes, and drives improvements in internal operational processes and IT systems.
- Develops and implements the annual compliance program, leads internal self-assessments, and oversees customs-related compliance risks.
- Supports EMS/LSP partners in customs matters, participates in supplier meetings and internal trainings.
- Tracks and analyzes customs-clearance-related KPIs.
- Participates in customs audits and gathers all documentation requested by auditors.
- Provides daily support to Europe Region countries in inbound and outbound operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree of economics, logistics, international trade, customs education
- Have at least 5 years of customs management/operation experience at manufacturing company or forwarding company or customs authority
- Have good communication and coordination skills
- Have good learning ability、teamwork spirit and strong work initiative.
- Open to work in multicultural environment
- Have a good understanding of systems, MS Office package
