Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of the financial strategy for the group and its subsidiaries.
- Analyze financial processes, prepare managerial reports, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Conduct profitability calculations, pre- and post-cost analyses, and prepare forecasts.
- Monitor and analyze subsidiary performance, market trends, and operational KPIs.
- Participate in optimization projects and contribute to process and system improvements, including Power BI reports and ERP initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and guide junior staff or external partners when needed.
- Take responsibility for assigned business unit costs and support cost planning and control.

Requirements

Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in controlling, financial analysis, or similar areas.
- Experience in an international corporate environment is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of Excel; experience with Power BI and ERP systems is a plus.
- Knowledge of IFRS or experience in IFRS environments is an advantage.
- Fluent in English and Hungarian (spoken and written).
- Strong analytical, process improvement, and change management skills.
