About the Role

We are looking for a strategic and analytical Senior Controller to act as a financial business partner across the organization. In this role, you'll provide meaningful financial insights, support decision-making, and serve as the go-to expert for financial matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver financial analyses to support business planning and strategic decisions
• Translate complex financial issues into clear insights for stakeholders
• Monitor cost developments, flag risks and opportunities
• Provide recommendations based on financial developments
• Act as the main point of contact for all finance-related requests
• Coordinate actuals, forecasts, and business plans
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
• Provide clear commentary on financial performance
• Identify and drive improvements in financial processes
• Support or lead projects aimed at optimizing finance operations

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
• Strong English skills
• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in financial analysis, controlling, or similar roles
• Strong understanding of financial principles and reporting standards
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Confident communicator with the ability to advise stakeholders
• Detail-oriented with high standards for accuracy
• Proactive, improvement-focused mindset
