Responsibilities

Driving customers towards Veeva and industry best practices
Understanding complex business processes and translating them into technical requirements
Performing system configuration changes and data migrations
Activating new product features and ensuring seamless integration
Troubleshooting system issues and providing timely solutions
Developing and delivering training materials and conducting training sessions
Creating analytical reports to support business decision-making
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction

Requirements

5+ years of experience with configuring, supporting, and implementing software solutions
Experience working in a customer-facing and/or consulting role and managing customer expectations
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Strong desire to continuously learn and develop
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Ability to work independently
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant subject

Nice-to-have

Experience with configuring, supporting, and implementing one of the following Content Management Systems: Veeva PromoMats/MedComms, SharePoint, Zinc MAPS, Documentum, or other similar, Knowledge and applicable work experience in the pharmaceutical and life sciences industry, Understanding of life sciences content management principles, Project management experience
