Responsibilities

We are seeking a Luxury New Developments Sales Consultant (Independent Status) to lead the commercialization of high-end residential programs and off-plan projects targeting international buyers.

This role is highly strategic and performance-driven. You will work closely with developers, investors, and international clients to structure, position, and sell premium real estate projects in Budapest and across Hungary.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and manage the sales strategy for luxury new-build and off-plan programs
  • Source and secure exclusive commercialization mandates with developers
  • Structure pricing, positioning and international marketing strategy
  • Promote developments to BARNES international offices and global client database
  • Identify and manage foreign investors (Europe, Middle East, US, Asia)
  • Organize private presentations and investment roadshows
  • Conduct negotiations and secure reservations
  • Coordinate transaction process in collaboration with lawyers and financial advisors
  • Provide investment analysis (ROI, rental yield, exit strategy positioning)
  • Represent BARNES brand standards with excellence and discretion

You will act as a key bridge between Hungarian developers and international capital.

Requirements

We are looking for a high-level commercial profile with strong structuring capacity and international mindset.
  • Strong experience in real estate sales, ideally new developments or investment properties
  • Fluent English required (additional languages such as Hungarian, French, German, Russian or Arabic are a strong asset)
  • Solid understanding of real estate investment logic (yield, capital gain, structuring)
  • Ability to negotiate high-value transactions
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial, autonomous and results-oriented
  • Comfortable interacting with international HNW and UHNW clients
  • Strong network in finance, investment, private banking or development is highly appreciated

Nice-to-have

Experience working with developers or managing off-plan sales is a significant advantage.
