Responsibilities

Country Management: Share responsibility for the financial performance of our regional entities and build strong partnerships with management and colleagues both at headquarters and locally.
Financial Management: Support companies in reporting, budgeting, and annual financial statements (Local GAAP & IFRS).
Transaction Projects: Contribute to acquisition and deal-related projects involving loan portfolios, real estate, or corporate transactions (M&A).
Governance & Audit: Support budget planning, governance processes, and audits across the region.
Strategic Development: Broaden your expertise in finance and project management to prepare for a future leadership role.
Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with internal and external partners to identify opportunities for operational and financial improvement.

Requirements

Academic Background: Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Experience: Strong background in Finance, Controlling, or Transaction Services – ideally with experience in financial reporting, performance analysis, or M&A-related topics.
Tools: Confident working with Excel and BI tools (e.g. Power BI).
Languages: Excellent command of English and good German skills (B2+) are required.
Mindset: Analytical, communicative, and motivated – someone who enjoys connecting numbers with business impact.
