Senior Cloud Data Engineer

Architect and implement end-to-end cloud data solutions, including data lakes, data warehouses, and real-time analytics platforms.
Design, build, and troubleshoot data acquisition pipelines from databases, flat-files, and REST APIs.
Apply medallion architecture (bronze/silver/gold) for scalable, secure solutions.
Design star schema dimensional models and implement semantic models optimized for Power BI analytics.
Configure incremental refresh and partitioning strategies to optimize performance.
Apply and promote best practices in governance, scalability, and deployment standards.
Implement RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) with a zero-trust security approach.
Troubleshoot pipeline failures, query performance issues, and semantic model errors using monitoring tools and optimization techniques.
Create and maintain technical documentation, data flow diagrams, and mapping documents.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
