Responsibilities

As Senior Systems Engineer, your primary mission is to become a trusted advisor, guiding customers and partners through technical consultancy, solution implementation, and training. You’ll shape enterprise outcomes by architecting validated solutions and fostering ongoing customer success.

Establish yourself as a trusted advisor to prospects and customers working with Account Managers and the local partners.
Understanding of customers’ needs and provisioning of technical consultancy to the ALEF’s sales department during pre-sales phase.
System support and implementation of technical solutions onsite or remote.
Continuous self-improvement and learning to maintain technical knowledge.
Architect and propose validated solutions which address the identified business requirements.
Participation in ALEF’s Training Center as a lecturer of training courses.
Post-sales support to the ALEF’s partners.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in enterprise networking as a Senior Systems Engineer or Systems Integrator, with a strong focus on Cisco SD‑Access.
Hands‑on experience designing, implementing, and operating SD‑Access fabrics, including fabric edge, control plane, and border roles.
Deep expertise with Cisco Catalyst switching and Catalyst Wireless, tailored for SD-Access campus environments.
Strong practical knowledge of Cisco Catalyst Center (formerly DNA Center) for fabric design, automation, and assurance.
Proven experience with Cisco ISE as a core SD-Access component, including identity‑based segmentation, 802.1X, and policy enforcement.
Experience with greenfield and brownfield migrations from traditional networks to SD‑Access.
Solid understanding of enterprise campus architecture, segmentation models, resiliency, and Day‑2 operations.
Ability to lead technical design discussions and act as a technical authority during project delivery.
CCNP Enterprise, CCIE (or equivalent experience) is an advantage.
Fluent in English and Hungarian language, with strong communication and time‑management skills.
