Responsibilities

Lead technical discussions and mentor junior engineers
Work on addressing critical bugs
Architect and implement core functionalities for Unreal-powered graphics pipeline
Develop and optimise solutions for AR/VR and backend graphics
Integrate with in-house art assets
Drive high standards in testing, peer reviews, and debugging
Contribute to daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and design reviews

Requirements

Strong proficiency in Unreal Engine (ideally Unreal 5) with expertise in both C++ and Blueprints
Deep understanding of modern C++11/14/17
Experience with backend graphics engines (DirectX/OpenGL/Vulkan)
Proficiency in HLSL/GLSL and shader development for real-time graphics
Strong grasp of 3D mathematics relevant to graphics programming
Experience working with AR/VR technologies and pipelines
Familiarity with Scrum, Kanban, or similar Agile methodologies
Proficiency with Git or equivalent version control systems
Experience mentoring team members and leading by example
