Responsibilities

Collaboration with cross-functional teams to design and implement system and tooling components
Development and optimization of cloud video frameworks including audio/video processing, streaming technologies, low-latency systems, and scalable cloud-based media solutions
Participation in field testing and support of deployments at live sporting events
Partnership with product teams and customers to refine and deliver solutions
Championing high code quality and contribution to continuous improvement culture
Leading technical discussions and contributing to architectural and design decisions
Mentoring and supporting junior and mid-level engineers

Requirements

Proficiency in modern C++ (ideally up to C++20)
Experience writing multithreaded, performance-optimised code
Familiarity with tools like Git, Visual Studio, and debugging workflows
Experience with networking (TCP/IP stack, streaming protocols)
Proactive mindset and eagerness to learn from a world-class engineering team

Nice-to-have

Knowledge of cloud architecture, preferably AWS
Experience with FFmpeg, audio/video processing, or multimedia applications
Experience with hardware interfacing and network protocols
Experience with UI development
Passion for sport or experience working in high-performance environments
