Responsibilities

Collaboration with cross-functional teams to design and implement components for systems and tooling platforms
Work on hardware interfacing and network protocols
Audio/video processing and UI development
Building efficient, robust multithreaded C++ applications
Field testing and support of deployments at live sporting events
Partnership with product teams and customers to refine and deliver solutions
Championing high code quality and contribution to continuous improvement culture
Leading technical discussions and contribution to architectural and design decisions
Mentoring and support of junior and mid-level engineers

Requirements

Proficiency in modern C++ (ideally up to C++20)
Experience writing multithreaded, performance-optimised code
Familiarity with tools like Git, Visual Studio, and debugging workflows
Knowledge of relevant libraries and frameworks such as Qt, FFmpeg, OpenGL, or audio/video processing tools
Proactive mindset and eagerness to learn from a world-class engineering team

Nice-to-have

Exposure to network protocols, cloud technologies, or video/audio encoding workflows, Experience with AWS, Passion for sport or experience working in high-performance environments
