Join a Stable, Growing Manufacturing Company with European Clients, in Eger, with Budapest-Level Compensation

We are looking for an ambitious, intelligent and commercially driven Senior Business Developer to join our team and help us grow our international client portfolio across Europe.

Your Main Responsibilities
This role comes with two key professional challenges:

1. Becoming a trusted negotiation partner for international clients
You must be able to confidently represent yourself and the company in English-language business negotiations with European executives and purchasing professionals.

2. Being a genuinely capable and hard-working sales professional
We are looking for someone who is proactive, disciplined and results-oriented — not someone who expects success without effort.

Your daily responsibilities will include:
 

  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities
  • Prospecting and initiating contact with potential clients
  • Conducting negotiations and follow-ups
  • Preparing quotations and commercial offers
  • Managing the sales process from first contact to successful closing
  • Cooperating effectively with our technical department

You will become a valued and respected member of our team if you:
 

  • Communicate confidently in English at C1 level or above (spoken and written)
  • Have strong B2B sales experience and can demonstrate significant past sales achievements
  • Are capable of negotiating as an equal partner with European company executives and procurement managers
  • Think like a problem solver and are comfortable using digital tools and computers efficiently
  • Have at least a high school diploma and/or several years of university experience
  • Have a strong technical interest and curiosity (engineering degree is not required)
  • A proven and well-structured sales and quotation process — you will not have to “reinvent the wheel”
  • Sales mentoring and support whenever needed
  • Expected monthly compensation of HUF 1.3–1.6 million + Cafeteria benefits + commuting support
