Responsibilities

  • You actively shape the future of truck electrification and digitalization.
  • You support international sales activities through professional coordination and management in various European countries.
  • You lead national and international Public Private Partnership projects and proactively and successfully design strategic cooperations.
  • You are responsible for the entire sales process up to successful completion, and you ensure solution-oriented implementation.
  • You utilize your creativity and freedom to identify and evaluate important market impulses and to contribute innovative ideas.
  • You continuously observe and proactively analyze the market and competitive situation, and you develop suitable measures to achieve sales and profit targets, for which you are responsible for conception and implementation.

Requirements

Personality:

  • Innovative spirit, creativity, and a strong enthusiasm for internet-based innovations and new technologies.
  • Assertiveness, reliability, and excellent analytical skills.
  • Outstanding communication skills and the ability to articulate complex issues concisely.

Experience and Working Style:

  • Several years of relevant professional experience in Business Development or Sales, ideally with profound knowledge in the field of charging infrastructure, parking management, or logistics.
  • You operate in a structured, results-oriented manner and demonstrate strong initiative.
  • You are accustomed to working in a dynamic environment and setting priorities effectively.

Education:

  • A successfully completed degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Engineering, or a comparable field of study.

Languages:

  • Business-fluent German or English language skills, both written and spoken.
  • Fluent knowledge of another relevant European language such as Italian, French, Dutch, or Polish is a distinct advantage.
