Responsibilities

Perform business analysis on product requirements and technical workflows
Collaborate on projects of a technical nature, supporting implementation and ensuring alignment with product goals
Gather, document, and refine business requirements in cooperation with stakeholders
Analyze data and processes to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency gains
Ensure smooth communication between business stakeholders, product management, and IT teams
Support product roadmap execution and help coordinate cross-functional initiatives

Requirements

Bachelor's or master's in economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a comparable field
Several years of experience in business analysis, test management, or related roles for financial institutions
Strong quantitative background to understand, assess, and manage technical project content
Excellent analytical and conceptual skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities in interdisciplinary teams
Interest in financial markets, crypto assets, and technological innovation
Very good command of English, German is a plus
