Responsibilities

Data gathering from various organizational sources
Design and implementation of data integration processes
Collaboration with business stakeholders for reporting requirements
Extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) of raw data
Design and maintenance of databases optimized for querying and reporting
Design and development of complex reports using transactional and analytical data
Creation of interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI
Development of data visualizations for stakeholder insights
Writing and optimization of SQL and T-SQL queries
Design of data models for analysis and reporting
Support and mentoring of team members in report and dashboard development
Participation in continuous improvement of reporting standards and best practices

Requirements

5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence development
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI
Excellent knowledge of DAX, Power Query and data modeling
Strong SQL skills including T-SQL for data extraction and transformation
Experience designing transactional and analytical reporting solutions
Strong data visualization skills
Experience working directly with business stakeholders and translating business needs into technical solutions
Experience optimizing report performance and data models
Fluent English communication skills
