Responsibilities
Identification of client reporting requirements in coordination with account directors
Identification of opportunities for process improvements on account and implementation of solutions to close process gaps
Definition of business requirements from account and client teams for custom reporting
Design, development and building of dashboards based on specifications
Performance of data assessment and data mapping exercises to support system integration projects
Development of client specific business glossary, data dictionary, technical and process documentation
Execution of user acceptance testing of feature enhancements in new releases and dashboards
Troubleshooting of Triana bugs and issues with client specific instance
Support of data assessment exercise with account team and client during onboarding or preparation for custom reporting
Assistance with account specific data analysis for consistency in reporting and dashboard requirements
Partnership with development team to expand Triana offering through dashboard POCs, tabular model measure development and product feature enhancements
Provision of verbal and written updates to management on work progress
Liaison with service line leadership to extract data from point applications for uploading into Triana
Monitoring of KPI performance and regular reporting to Senior Leadership Team
Review of data for QBR documents and management of internal drafting and review meetings
Resolution of Ad-Hoc reporting requests or other assigned tasks
Provision of guidance and training to account team employees on dashboarding platform, Triana and other analytical tools
Configuration of Triana Portal to enable new client onboarding
Facilitation of user review and acceptance of application configuration and performance
