Responsibilities

Building the next generation of Workforce Management for the Deutsche Telekom Technology domain
Digitizing and optimizing existing field service processes
Working closely with POs, architects, and development/ops teams
Developing and maintaining Camunda Spring Boot workers
Applying bugfixes on backend
Writing unit tests for new features
Participating in code reviews and merge requests
Mentoring junior developers
Troubleshooting and analyzing issues, bugs and incidents
Helping with root cause analysis
Contributing to choosing proper automation technologies

Requirements

Strong experience in Java and frameworks like Spring-Boot
General backend knowledge including REST APIs and microservices
Solid experience with Git and GitLab including branching and merge requests
Experience with relational databases
Fluent English

Nice-to-have

Experience with BPMN (Camunda preferred)
DevOps experience
Docker and Kubernetes experience
Agile methodology knowledge including SAFe and LeSS
German language
