Responsibilities

REST APIs and backend services in PHP 8+ for web and B2B platforms
Feature ownership end-to-end from requirements to release
Performance, architecture, security, and SQL management in a high-traffic, SQL-first codebase
Third-party integrations including payments, data feeds, and partners
Use of AI tools to accelerate development without cutting corners
Occasional Java debugging and integration across PHP/Java boundary
Growth opportunities in Vue 3 and TypeScript for full stack development

Requirements

Strong PHP 8+ skills
Experience with REST APIs in production
SQL knowledge in production environments
Automated testing and maintaining a high quality bar
Product mindset including clarifying requirements and caring about outcomes
Self-starter with good collaboration skills in a small team
Mid-level or senior experience

Nice-to-have

Java knowledge
Vue/TypeScript skills
Experience in betting or fintech
Familiarity with Symfony components
