Responsibilities

Your Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy automation solutions using RPA and scripting tools
- (VBS, Google App Script, SAP Script, Python, etc.)
- Choose the best technical solution for each business case
- Work closely with business partners, analysts, and product owners
- Gather requirements through meetings and workshops
- Lead and support automation projects in global teams
- Ensure high quality, security, and performance standards
- Support production releases and ongoing maintenance
- Review code and share best practices
- Mentor junior developers and support their growth
- Take part in testing new tools and technologies
- Work in an agile way with fast feedback and continuous improvement

Requirements

Required Skills and Experience
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
5 years of experience in automation or RPA development
Experience with tools such as UiPath or similar
Programming experience with some of the following:
JavaScript, Node.js, .NET, VBA/VBS, Google App Script, SAP Scripting, Python
Strong English communication skills
Good teamwork and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Comfortable working with international teams in different time zon
