Senior AI Solutions Engineer (LLM & Agents)

We are looking for a Senior LLM / Generative AI / Agentic Solutions Engineer to design and deliver advanced AI systems capable of planning, tool usage, and reliable execution within production environments. This role involves end-to-end ownership of GenAI capabilities, from model adaptation to deployment and operational excellence.

• Design and build Agentic AI systems (planner/executor patterns, tool calling, memory strategies)
• Adapt and deploy LLMs, including fine-tuning and optimizing performance
• Implement and improve RAG (retrieval-augmented generation) pipelines
• Ensure structured, reliable outputs with guardrails and post-processing
• Develop evaluation frameworks for model and system performance
• Deliver production-ready services with CI/CD, monitoring, and reliability practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor peers

• 5+ years of experience in production ML/AI systems, including 2+ years in a senior role
• Strong Python development skills (testing, packaging, performance optimization)
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and Agentic AI systems in production
• Experience with LLM adaptation techniques (e.g., LoRA, PEFT)
• Proven experience with RAG systems and retrieval components
• Solid MLOps knowledge (containers, CI/CD, monitoring, versioning)
• Experience building APIs (REST/gRPC) and working in cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure)

• You have experience with inference optimization (quantization, batching, GPU serving)
• You are familiar with AI safety practices (prompt injection defense, sandboxing, red teaming)
• You have worked with advanced evaluation techniques (A/B testing, LLM-as-judge)
• You have experience with vector databases and workflow orchestration tools
• You have worked on multilingual AI systems
