Responsibilities

Building and maintaining the GRC Brain (AI reasoning layer) and Agentic Cortex (agent orchestration framework)
Designing and implementing a 7-agent architecture including OnboardingAgent, ScopeAgent, StandardsMapper, RiskQuantifier, PolicyAnalyzer, InfrastructureAuditor, and ComplianceMonitor
Implementing Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) gates across agent workflows
Tuning prompts and confidence scoring for Bedrock-hosted models
Owning the agent evaluation framework measuring quality, latency, and reliability
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver CiaB feature-complete by Week 7

Requirements

Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related IT discipline
Demonstrable understanding of AI/ML concepts including LLMs and agent-based systems
Ability to write clean, well-tested code in Python preferred
Strong experience of shipping real AI products
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Nice-to-have

Exposure to AWS services, especially Amazon Bedrock or similar LLM hosting platforms
Familiarity with GRC concepts or cybersecurity frameworks such as ISO 27001 or SOC 2
Experience with agent orchestration libraries such as LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen
