Responsibilities

Design and ship production-grade agentic systems
Take technical ownership of Compliance in a Box (CiaB) AI platform
Architect and evolve AI reasoning layer and agent orchestration framework
Build and maintain the GRC Brain (AI reasoning layer) and Agentic Cortex (agent orchestration framework)
Design and implement a 7-agent architecture
Implement Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) gates across agent workflows
Tune prompts and confidence scoring for Bedrock-hosted models
Own the agent evaluation framework measuring quality, latency, and reliability
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver CiaB feature-complete by Week 7

Requirements

Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related IT discipline
Demonstrable understanding of AI/ML concepts including LLMs and agent-based systems
Ability to write clean, well-tested code, Python preferred
Strong experience of shipping real AI products
Strong communication skills
Collaborative mindset

Nice-to-have

Exposure to AWS services, especially Amazon Bedrock or similar LLM hosting platforms, Familiarity with GRC concepts or cybersecurity frameworks such as ISO 27001 or SOC 2, Experience with agent orchestration libraries (e.g. LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen)
