Responsibilities

Leading engagements to build and productionize tailored AI applications in the Databricks platform
Owning the technical delivery of AI solutions independently or as Delivery Technical Lead
Leading technical scoping and designing high-level architectures for AI and Generative AI solutions
Defining the roadmap for AI and Generative AI solutions
Serving as the primary technical contact for customers
Acting as a senior technical advisor for EMEA customers and Databricks partners
Building robust and scalable production-grade AI solution architectures
Leading technical workshops to empower client teams

Requirements

5+ years of experience in AI or Machine Learning Engineering with focus on cloud platforms
Proficiency in MLOps using MLflow for automated, monitored production pipelines
Experience building production systems in Databricks or comparable enterprise cloud environment using PySpark, SQL, Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, and Databricks AI features
Good understanding of Large Language Models and experience implementing them using modern frameworks and libraries
Strong Python knowledge of common Data Science and ML libraries
Good knowledge of data visualization tools and libraries
Proven track record in consulting including scoping, requirements gathering, solution design, and stakeholder communication
Successful delivery of end-to-end, fully automated ML solutions or production-ready Generative AI applications in Databricks or comparable environment
Excellent communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences and driving decision-making
Flexibility and problem-solving skills in fast-paced consulting environment
Resilience and ability to thrive in challenging situations
Effective communication skills in writing, speaking, and collaboration

Nice-to-have

Proficiency in deep learning frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow)
Proficiency in distributed computing (Spark)
Product company background with consulting mindset and customer-facing desire
