Responsibilities

Maintaining and evolving AI/ML projects using Python
Building design Agentic LLM based solutions and maintaining/improving existing ones
Ensuring output quality by verifying consistency and accuracy
Investigating, assessing, and developing cloud based MCP solutions
Working under Agile Framework (Scrum 2-week iterations)
Troubleshooting problems and incident management with investigative mindset
Documenting necessary processes and procedures
Taking full ownership of projects and tasks within the team
Working closely with stakeholders to deliver accurate and timely insights to business partners

Requirements

Solid experience with Python and OOP
Experience with tools like Langchain, Langraph, Langsmith, FastAPI, Opensearch, Redis/Valkey, Pandas, Pytorch, spacy
Confidence with LLMs and their evaluation practices and background on AI agentic tools, skills, workflows
Demonstrated experience with RAG systems, Vector embeddings, knowledge graphs
Confidence with Amazon Web Services or similar cloud environments and experience with MLOps
Familiarity with software versioning tools like Git
Continuous learning mindset
Ability to effectively prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

Nice-to-have

Additional programming skills, Prompt Engineering, Experience in sportsbook/betting or fintech sectors
