Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in compliance with US GAAP and local GAAP.
- Conduct and review balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy and transparency.
- Support annual and statutory audits.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with regional finance teams.
- Participate in cross-functional finance initiatives and projects.
- Assist in preparing tax declarations.
- Mentor and guide new joiners and junior colleagues, fostering a culture of excellence.

Requirements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting.
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a multinational or SSC environment with a strong accounting background.
- Proficiency in SAP and a thorough understanding of US GAAP.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
