Responsibilities

Responsibilities

Recording the incoming/outgoing invoices and any inhouse documents
Checking the Sales and related payments daily basis.
Cash settlement with customer service department and sending cash to Bank weekly basis.
Prepare weekly/monthly reports (weekly Cash report, monthly Bank reconciliation, Fixed assets)
Incoming shipment cost calculation
Participate in the monthly Inventory counting
Participate in the monthly closing.
Update accrual/prepayment file and record the monthly movements the accruals/prepayments in system.
Provide data to the personal income tax return monthly basis.
Prepare the VAT return monthly basis.
OSS EU VAT report quarterly basis
Corporate tax, Local business tax, Innovation calculation yearly
Other tax liabilities calculation
Active participate in the interim and yearly statutory audit work.
Participate in the Oracle migration project
Participate in tax or customs audit work.
Participate in internal audit work.
Archiving the documents

Requirements

- Min. 3-5 years work experience
- Knowledge of accounting and tax regulations
- accurate, precise work
- flexibility
- teamwork
- intermediate level of English

Nice-to-have

- Certified accountant qualification
- Knowledge of Oracle systems
