Responsibilities

Actively participate in the implementation of the new ERP system’s accounting modules across Hungarian and Croatian entities
Map, review, and integrate accounting and finance processes into the ERP environment
Represent accounting and business requirements to IT teams and external implementation partners
Support system configuration, testing, and data migration activities
Provide accounting expertise during the ERP go-live and post-go-live stabilization
Perform hands-on accounting tasks, including monthly and annual close activities
Prepare accruals, perform balance sheet reconciliations, and review general ledger accounts
Develop management and decision-support reports
Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements and internal accounting policies

Requirements

Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
Prior experience participating in an ERP implementation project
Accounting and controlling experience gained in a manufacturing environment
3–5 years of relevant professional experience in accounting or finance
Fluent English skills, both written and spoken
Accuracy, reliability, and analytical mindset

Nice-to-have

Experience with Oracle NetSuite and/or Oracle ERP systems
Experience with business process improvement (BPI) initiatives
Working knowledge of SQL, including report or query creation
