Állás leírása

Responsibilities

Full-cycle sales engagements from discovery to close with consultative and strategic client development
Execution of sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets with focus on new customer acquisition and account management
Deepening client relationships by understanding long-term strategy and identifying growth opportunities leading to upsell revenue
Collaboration with AWS teams to shape pipeline and drive co-sell wins
Acting as a trusted advisor leading problem definition and solution discussions with internal technical teams and client stakeholders
Independent leadership of proposal creation and complex deal negotiation
Monitoring and analyzing pipeline metrics with proactive reporting to Sales leadership
Contribution to playbooks, best practices, and internal knowledge sharing
Cross-functional collaboration with Pre-Sales, Delivery, and Sales Operations teams to maximize value for customer, AWS, and company
Mentoring junior Sales colleagues and providing stretch opportunities on strategic accounts or campaigns
Proactive pipeline generation through outbound efforts, referrals, and ecosystem visibility
Representation of the company in client-facing events and thought leadership on social platforms
Collaboration with Project Management Office and customer project leadership to solve escalated customer issues and ensure long-term customer and AWS satisfaction

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
At least 3 years of previous experience in sales (B2B, SaaS, or tech sales) especially in the Enterprise segment
Cloud knowledge preferably AWS
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and analytical skills
Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or Hubspot and ability to learn technical software functionality
Advanced proficiency in English and Hungarian
