Állás leírása
Responsibilities
- independent handling of maritime export and import shipments, handling related correspondence in English and Hungarian;
- complete and accurate administration of organised shipments;
- issuing transport documents, requesting rates from shipping companies, preparing quotations;
- liaising with clients, subcontractors and partner offices.
Requirements
- excellent communication and customer service skills;
- demonstrates strong communication capabilities in an international environment;
- end-to-end sea freight operation export and import knowledge;
- work with different cultures and people, including phone calls;
- strong time management to complete tasks on time;
- proactive attitude to foresee irregularities and propose alternative solutions;
- ability to work under pressure to cope with periods of high workload and tight timelines;
- fluent in English and in Hungarian (written and spoken);
- have at least secondary education;
- learn quickly and be able to work independently;
- handle confidently MS Excel, Word, Outlook;
- be a team player.
Nice-to-have
- work experience in international logistics or freight forwarding;
- 2-3 years of experience in sea freight operation;
- knowledge of CargoWise One;
- other languages knowledge (written and spoken).
