SCM Fulfillment Specialist (LJT)

• Manage end-to-end order fulfillment processes, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to customers.
• Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams to optimize supply chain efficiency.
• Monitor inventory levels, track shipments, and resolve delivery or documentation issues.
• Generate and analyze fulfillment reports to identify process improvements and cost-saving opportunities.

• Associate should have required skills to support the engagement having Oracle OTM, SCM Support, Oracle EBS, Java.
• Knowledge of basic Oracle business flow to manage problem tickets
• Exposure to ticketing tools like Service now, Jira etc..
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Team player and should be open to customer interactions and connect with other teams for coordination
• Good to have (not mandatory) exposure to do RCA (Root Cause Analysis)
• Proactive and flexible to learn new skills
• Confident English
• Candidate needs to be to be currently eligible to work in Hungary.
