SAP S/4HANA PS – European Regional IT Leader

We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Project System (PS) Leader to lead the Europe regional deployment, roll-out, and operations support of SAP S4HANA PS solution across Europe, as an integral part of the overall S4HANA solution implementation for Europe. This role partners closely with business, finance, and IT leadership to enable strong project execution, financial transparency, and scalable SAP solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Define and drive the SAP S/4HANA PS solution localization for Europe and implementation strategy and roadmap aligned with business and IT priorities
• Ensure collaboration and integration with all the other Process/functional workstreams in the S4HANA program, such as Record to Report, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Service and Asset Management.
• Lead the regional SAP PS delivery, enhancements, and support across Europe, collaborate with all cross-functional workstreams, such as Data migration, OCM.
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and optimize solution for project structuring, costing, budgeting, revenue recognition, and settlements
• Oversee SAP PS integrations with FI, CO, MM, SD, PPM/IM
• Lead and collaborate with multicultural, onshore/offshore SAP teams and delivery partners
• Drive standardization, process simplification, and adoption of SAP best practices
• Manage vendors, SLAs, scope, and delivery quality
• Represent SAP PS in the overall ERP architecture, governance, and audit forums

• 5+ years of relevant SAP experience, mainly in FI-CO area with strong focus on SAP Project System (PS), and good understanding of integration with related logistics modules, SD, MM, SM.
• Proven team leadership in SAP S/4HANA project implementations, proficiency in SAP implementation methodology including Data migration
• Deep understanding of project financials, cost control, and revenue recognition
• Strong people leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working with global teams and external SAP partners
• Excellent communication skills in English
