SAP RISE Project Manager (40-60%)

Job description:

• Lead and manage SAP RISE / S/4HANA transformation projects
• Own end-to-end project delivery (scope, timeline, budget, risks)
• Plan, coordinate, and execute cutover activities (key focus)
• Act as the main interface between client, SAP, and implementation partners
• Coordinate internal teams and external service providers
• Report project status and manage escalations
• Ensure delivery in line with agreed quality and governance standards

About the customer:

We are supporting our client in Zurich on a large SAP RISE with S/4HANA transformation program. The program consists of multiple SAP RISE initiatives, including S/4HANA cloud migrations, with a strong focus on delivery governance and cutover execution. The client is looking for an experienced Project Manager who can take ownership of delivery and ensure controlled, on-time go-lives.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as SAP Project Manager, ideally in RISE with SAP / S/4HANA
• Very strong cutover management experience (mandatory)
• Solid understanding of SAP RISE delivery and cloud-based models
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills
• Sound project management background (waterfall, hybrid, or agile
