SAP RE-FX Finance Specialist/German

• Manage and maintain lease contracts and real estate objects in SAP RE-FX, ensuring proper IFRS 16 / IAS 17 classification and treatment
• Execute lease adjustments, terminations, and remeasurements in accordance with accounting standards
• Oversee daily Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) operations, ensuring accuracy and timely processing
• Reconcile AP/AR subledger accounts with the general ledger, monitor aging reports, and resolve vendor/customer discrepancies
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities, including accruals, account reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Prepare ad hoc financial analyses and reports for management and collaborate closely with Real Estate, SSC, and Finance stakeholders

• Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in finance or accounting with focus on SAP RE-FX and subledger accounting
• Strong knowledge of SAP FI-AP, and SAP FI-AR with hands-on user experience
• Successfully completed degree in finance, accounting, controlling, or an equivalent qualification
• Strong analytical mindset, high attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in German (priority) and min intermediate in English
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and familiar with standard business user applications
