Responsibilities

Support the delivery of SAP PTP (Procure-to-Pay) processes within project assignments, ensuring consistency and alignment with project frameworks
Participate in full project lifecycle activities, including design, testing (IT & UAT), deployment, cutover, and hypercare support
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure smooth project execution
Manage relationships with internal teams and external vendors to deliver change requests within agreed SLAs
Work with SAP functional leads and cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and integrated delivery approach
Partner with architecture and development teams to design and implement solutions based on business requirements
Coordinate with development teams, track progress, and communicate updates to stakeholders
Contribute to issue resolution processes, including root cause analysis for project-related challenges
Follow guidance from application teams to ensure alignment with internal standards and best practices

Requirements

4–7 years of experience in SAP project execution, with at least 2 full project lifecycles completed
Experience working in regulated SAP environments, with exposure to ITIL or project delivery frameworks
Solid understanding of SAP PTP (Procure-to-Pay) processes
Hands-on experience with SAP ECC6 and/or S/4HANA implementations
Familiarity with Agile ways of working
Experience collaborating with development and architecture teams
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in complex environments
Ability to translate business requirements into actionable tasks
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Strong stakeholder management and customer-oriented mindset
Proven ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams and organizational levels
