Responsibilities

Leading SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation projects from initiation through go-live and hypercare
Managing project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies
Coordinating multidisciplinary teams across business and technology functions
Building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and acting as a key point of contact throughout the project lifecycle
Driving project governance, status reporting, and steering committee discussions
Ensuring alignment between business requirements and SAP best practices
Supporting change management and business adoption activities
Identifying and proactively mitigating project risks and issues
Ensuring high-quality delivery while maintaining focus on business value and outcomes

Requirements

Proven experience managing SAP implementation or transformation projects for 4-6 years
Strong understanding of SAP ecosystems and enterprise business processes
Experience delivering SAP S/4HANA projects, ideally including Public Cloud initiatives
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience working within international and matrix organizations
Knowledge of SAP Activate, Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities
Native Hungarian language skills
Professional English proficiency
