Responsibilities

Functional SAP Project Execution activity delivery in a project assignment within Project Management Framework guidelines
Delivery and support of the impacted project throughout the whole project lifecycle including design, IT testing, UAT, implementation, cutover execution and hypercare support
Management of relationships with internal business partners and employees on the project
Collaboration with internal and external vendor teams to deliver Change Requests within established SLA’s
Collaboration with other SAP Functional Leads for seamless global project execution
Partnership with Architecture team to design new solutions based on functional specifications
Collaboration with ETO application team and following their guidance on project delivery
Coordination with development team and monitoring progress of development activities
Management of Root Cause Analysis for project delivery issues

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Project Management, Management Information Systems or equivalent work experience
SAP project execution experience with at least 2 full project lifecycle completions
Project management, delivery, or ITIL experience in a regulated SAP environment
4-7 years of experience
SAP ECC6 and/or S4 Hana implementation experience
Agile experience
Ability to translate details into specific tasks
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to interact professionally with diverse groups including executives, managers, and subject matter experts
Excellent interpersonal communication skills for technical and non-technical staff and management
Proven creative and analytical problem-solving ability in complex environments
Proven ability to navigate technology environments and work effectively with multiple global groups
